Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Whitead Audit service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you confirm that you have read these Terms of Service and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on the website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

Whitead Audit is an AI-powered platform for auditing Google Ads accounts. The Service provides the following capabilities:

  • AI-powered audit of Google Ads accounts
  • Read-only access to advertising data via the official Google Ads API
  • Generation of audit reports with scores, findings, and recommendations
  • AI-generated action plans and consultation (coming soon)

We continuously develop and improve the Service. This means we may add new features, modify existing ones, or discontinue certain features without prior notice, as long as it does not significantly affect paid services.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for all activities conducted using your account.

  • You must provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering
  • You are fully responsible for the security of your account
  • Each account is intended for a single person
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach. Whitead shall not be liable for damages caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Pricing and Payments

The Service offers the following pricing plans:

  • First audit of each Google Ads account — free
  • Repeat audit — €19
  • AI consultation (coming soon) — €29 per session
  • Pro subscription — €49/month (15 audits + 100 AI messages)
  • Agency subscription — €99/month (50 audits + 500 AI messages)

Payments are processed through the Plata by Mono payment system. Prices may change — we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. For active subscriptions, the new price will take effect in the next billing period after the 30-day notification period expires.

No refunds are provided for completed audits, as the digital service is considered consumed immediately upon report generation. For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time — access will remain until the end of the paid period.

5. Data and Privacy

Whitead Audit accesses your Google Ads account data exclusively in read-only mode. We emphasize:

  • We access Google Ads data exclusively in read-only mode
  • We NEVER modify campaigns, bids, or settings in your account
  • Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Account deletion results in the complete and permanent removal of all your data

6. Intellectual Property

Audit reports and recommendations generated for your account belong to you. You may use them at your discretion, including sharing them with colleagues or clients.

The Whitead platform, including its algorithms, source code, design, trademark, and branding, is the intellectual property of Whitead. You are prohibited from:

  • Reverse-engineering the platform or its components
  • Copying or reproducing the platform's functionality
  • Distributing or reselling access to the platform to third parties
  • Using the Whitead trademark without written permission

7. Limitations of Liability

Recommendations provided by the Service are for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY and do not constitute professional pay-per-click (PPC) advertising management advice. Specifically:

  • We do not guarantee specific advertising campaign results after implementing recommendations
  • The user is solely responsible for implementing any changes in Google Ads
  • Whitead's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months
  • Whitead shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Any actions taken based on the Service's analysis and recommendations are at your own risk. We recommend consulting with a qualified PPC specialist before making significant changes to your campaigns.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied. Specifically, we do not guarantee:

  • AI-based analysis may contain inaccuracies or errors
  • Google Ads data availability depends on the Google API's operation
  • Uninterrupted service operation — technical interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur
  • The suitability of the Service for specific purposes or needs

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the analysis and the availability of the Service, but we cannot guarantee them 100%. Use the audit results as one of the tools for decision-making, not as the sole source of truth.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. Once deleted, all your data will be completely and permanently removed from our servers.

We reserve the right to suspend or block accounts in case of violation of these Terms of Service, including:

  • Attempts to abuse the Service or circumvent restrictions
  • Providing false information when registering
  • Using the Service for illegal activities
  • Attempts to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the platform

Upon account termination for any reason, all user data is permanently deleted. If your account was blocked in error, please contact our support team.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of Ukraine in accordance with applicable legislation.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
