How you pay
From Ukraine — Plata by Mono
For Ukrainian bank cards. The price is the one on this page; the charge is in hryvnia at the bank’s rate.
Everywhere else — Creem
You pay in euros. Creem is our Merchant of Record (the reseller): Creem processes the order, issues the invoice and adds VAT or sales tax where your country requires it. Your bank statement will show “CREEM”.
We pick the payment partner by your country, and you can switch it before paying. The final amount, taxes included, is shown on the payment page before you confirm.
Frequently asked questions
What happens after the free audit?
The report stays in your account. Your next audit is $21, or take Pro at $53 a month. Nothing is charged automatically: you pay only when you choose to.
What if an audit doesn't finish?
An audit is counted only once the report is ready. If a run stops because of an error or a Google Ads outage, you keep the audit.
Am I charged automatically?
Only for Pro — once a month until you cancel. A single audit is one payment, no subscription.
Do I get an invoice? What about taxes?
When you pay through Creem, Creem issues the invoice and adds VAT or sales tax under your country’s rules. When you pay through Plata by Mono, the receipt stays in your payment history in settings.
Can I get a refund?
Unspent audits — within 14 days of payment. Cancelling Pro stops the next charge but does not refund the current month — unless you cancel within 14 days of the first charge without using any audit. Full terms: Refund Policy.
